About the place Calpe
Calpe is a popular resort in Spain on the Costa Blanca. It has a total of more than 30,000 inhabitants, of which 11,000 are Spaniards. The accessibility in relation to the airport is ideal, from Alicante airport you can be in Calpe within 60 minutes. There is also a train from the airport every two hours.
The place can be recognized by the 332 meter high rock "El peñon de Ifach". This mountain divides Calpe into 2 beaches and is part of a bird sanctuary with more than 80 bird species.
