First of all we introduce you to the environment. In our opinion, this is the most important thing. Having a beautiful home in an area where you don't feel comfortable won't make you happy in the long run. So first determine in which area you want to buy / build, then find the suitable plot.
We then show various new construction projects under construction or already completed. That way you can judge the quality of the builder with your own eyes. A project can be built on a plot of your choice and adapted to your wishes in collaboration with the architect.
Once the permit has been applied for and has been received, construction can start. We will ensure proper handling throughout this process. You will be completely relieved of this and you do not have to be present yourself.
